By incorporating Silva International’s dehydrated vegetable, herb and select fruit ingredients directly into the booth design, the completed design allowed the brand to level its creative thinking and ultimately stand out from the crowd of similar-looking exhibits at the International Food Technologists Expo.
The exhibit featured a free-flowing floor plan with a hanging sign suspended above. To achieve a sophisticated appearance, the majority of the booth was kept white. Backlit panels and pendant lighting furthered the clean, crisp appearance. Faux wood beams were also added to the structure, providing a contrasting rustic touch to reflect the natural sourcing of the company’s products.
To present the Silva's products in a unique way, the design incorporated them as part of the exhibit’s décor. Transparent plexiglass cylinders filled with dried ingredients were featured throughout the space. Short cylinders were placed all over a 10-foot display wall near the reception counter, while taller ones stood in rows around the semi-private meeting area.
Adequate meeting space was necessary for Silva to achieve its goal of fostering relationships with its clients at the trade show. Three high top tables with stools were placed around the exhibit to provide an open meeting area. A semi-private room served as a more personal space to consult with booth visitors. Overhanging canopies were used in place of the room’s ceiling to offer a more relaxed ambiance.
Update: Our Silva project was selected as a winner of EXHIBITOR Magazine's Portable/Modular Awards as Best Island Exhibit in the 600-1,000 sq. ft. category. Read more here.
