Responsibilities
• Interact with and direct the efforts of applicable departments, from project kick-off through construction, exhibit installation, and post-production.
• Act as client’s main point of contact after job has sold.
• Responsible for providing excellent customer service.
• Attend project kick-off meetings.
• Draft written production timelines for client and internal team.
• Order materials and services required to produce projects and follow-up with vendors to ensure orders are on track.
• Create, submit, and follow-up on internal purchase (work) orders.
• Complete and submit show service forms and purchase ancillary, buyout items per project as needed.
• Maintain client files within accounting system.
• Host client previews.
• Sign-off on projects prior to shipping.
• Prepare show site information as requested which may include supervisor packets, floor plans/layouts, travel information and transportation.
• Reconcile vendor invoices to open purchase orders in accounting system.
• Invoice orders once complete.
• Archive all job information for future reference.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Occasional travel may be required.
Requirements
• 3+ years of related experience in Trade Shows.
• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactively works to identify potential issues.
• Solution-driven and customer-focused.
• Exceptional organization skills.
• Must be a positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented person.
• Ability to multitask in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and meet specific, hard deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities
• Attend project kick‐off meetings. Gather client’s requirements and expectations.
Contribute with feedback and construction ideas where improvements can be made.
• Create graphics layout for the project.
To include graphic obstructed areas, counter heights, monitor locations along with unprinted liners or fabrics required.
• Adjust the design CAD file to make production ready. Label all parts and list separately by vendor.
• Provide warehouse with a complete list of parts and information on internal labor required for the project.
• Order specialty, non‐stock items required for the project.
• Communicate construction details to the Operations Manager to produce exhibits to design and engineering specification.
• Provide specialty vendors with detail drawings and formal PO’s when placing orders.
This may include custom wood carpentry, shaped acrylic, 3D letters, etc.
• Coordinate delivery with specialty vendors to meet project deadline.
• Order off‐the‐shelf hardware and/or lighting elements required for project.
• Create booth layouts for trade show services, including electrical, plumbing, hanging sign and elevation plans.
Booth layouts must adhere to show venue regulations.
• Create step‐by‐step set up instruction drawings. Update with notes and changes once internal test set‐up is complete.
• Print final set‐up instruction booklet to be sent with booth shipment.
• Review and sign‐off on completed booth during internal test set up. Confirm product meets client’s requirements and expectations.
• Update and archive internal CAD file and documents for future reference.
• Assist Account Manager with invoicing. Confirm invoices provided by specialty vendors are accurate. Update prices with any changes if needed.
• Occasional travel may be required.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years trade show or event industry experience. College degree preferred, but not required.
• CAD skills required.
• Strong knowledge of trade show service suppliers and vendors.
• Strong communication skills. Articulate with verbal and written communications.
• Proactively works to identify potential issues.
• Solution‐driven and customer‐focused.
• Strong organization skills.
• The ability to manage several projects at one time.
• Must be a positive, self‐motivated, and team‐oriented person.
• Must be able to work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
