Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, a real estate brokerage franchise network, partnered with Nimlok Chicago to create a 30X40 exhibit space for the 2019 National Association of Realtors show. In the past, Berkshire used to exhibit in a 60x40 space, but Nimlok Chicago was still able to accommodate the following goals within the confined area:
Provide a demo space for prospects and customers
Implement high and impactful branding
Create a unique engagement to draw attendees to the booth
Design open and semi-private lounge spaces for quick and in-depth meetings
Showcase new company highlights and new tools for real estate agents nationwide
To meet our client’s goals, we designed an open, sleek and high-end looking exhibit that could be seen from the entrance by utilizing a tall tower and larger overhead sign. Nimlok Chicago also provided multiple types of seating, both casual and informal seating that featured charging stations. Along with the lounge furniture, semi-private lounge spaces were added to create a true ambiance while sitting next to a working electric fireplace. The fireplace was pre-programed to match Berkshire’s known Cabernet color, which helped to enhance a branded luxe experience. By including a 12’ tall by 4’ wide large LED tile wall, Berkshire showcased interviews performed by Warren Buffet, highlighted property listings and shared new marketing materials with the crowd.
To top off the already well-designed exhibit, Nimlok Chicago added a unique and edible interactive experience to increase the luxe and comfort in the environment space. We allowed for a step and repeat backdrop to be the backer of a selfie station. People were able to take multiple photos and within 3 minutes have it printed onto a delicious cookie. This experience gave way to branding for Berkshire Hathaway and provided a lasting memory for the audience!
